Martin Costa of Amazon ripped off eBay and me.

This is how Martin Costa and those who work for Amazon stole the royalties for my book, Without a Gun, ISBN 978-0-692-17325-1. This book was written 30 years ago when I worked for the Mafia, under the Trump Crimp Family. Back in October 2018, I was contacted and told by a friend that he had bought one. But my sales and royalties were never recorded. I have spent many hours writing and sending dozens of letters to over a dozen people and wasted more than 564 minutes of my life waiting on the phone below to no avail. I have lost my sanity and and I need my mind back! I have the original recordings, but edited them to eliminate hold-time and personal information. In the margin on the right are the letters dealing with this case. You will be able to see the shell game they perpetrated on me with multiple people telling me conflicting stories every day. I now present this to the FBI. You need to get these people now. This is a major crime going on. Enter this and all links into the record as my complaint.

First call to Amazon to report the missing sale. Katherine or Catharine, from Customer Service cannot help me and transfer’s me to someone from sales. I speak with a man identifying himself as Siyam. I ask Siyam just when did I transfer from Create Space over to KDP and was incorrectly told October 4th. I find this date suspect. First, I made the switch on November 24th. And second, the missing sale I was there to report was from October 5th. And third, you will hear later on another rep tell me he cannot find when I made the change over to Amazon KDP. Hmm. I am told to send a screen shot of the bookshelf and I do. I am also told that the sales through Amazon KDP will be show up on the Reports when the book is shipped. He promises to get back to me on Friday.

After not being able to figure that out, we discuss why a promotion for a book giveaway is also not recorded. They owe me credit for that since only a couple of hundred people entered the giveaway, but only the 400th won, so no books were given away. She tries to tell me the paperback was produced COD. Idiot. Liar.

Spoke to Erin or Eric. By this time it has been a week and my patience is wearing thin. I’m calling to get information about unpublishing the book. My anger shows in my voice. When I said the word “royalty” I was told I would have to be transferred. It’s like saying the word “lawyer” in a police interrogation. I am placed on hold for exactly 20 minutes, after which time Eric comes back and tells me he is going to place me on a que. We speak for a little over three minutes, while I’m starting to show how pissed I am for being placed on hold for 20 minutes. Thirty-five and a half minutes into the phone call and I am place on hold again. This time for almost 7 minutes. Then a woman named Anna gets on the line and has no clue what she is to talk to me about. I want the legal department. We talk two minutes then I am placed on hold for an additional two and a quarter minutes. Total time on hold from start to finish, including the time waiting for Eric to answer, 35 minutes wait time, 12 minutes talk time. I don’t think they wanted to hear from me. I unpublished the next day.

I speak to Mimi (someone I’ve talked to before October 9th). After having unpublished three days ago, and seeing the book for still for sale at the Amazon site after it had been taken down, I call them to innocently ask them about their rules about selling a book that has been unpublished. Here, I get the run-around about it not being for sale unless the retailer has it in stock. But for it to be in stock, I would have to see the sales on my reports since it is print on demand and they couldn’t get a copy unless they bought one and I got the royalty. Or am I trippin’?

I speak to a Cripacal or something like that. I ask how to stop expanded distribution. She tells me no books would be printed since it is unpublished. She promises me Amazon will not sell any books, but third party sellers are another story. Our discussion turns to sales and she transfers me after a song and dance about how Amazon has no control over weather or not they sell a book that is unpublished or not. I know some of these so-called third party sellers are these very same people.
I speak to Chris. He tells me that even though the book has been unplublished and they are not selling it, that other third party people can. Again, it makes no since how they could sell a book that they bought and got no royalties for. Phone dies after 28 minutes.

Conversation picks up a minute later after I plug in and turn on the phone. Chris asks for the order number I’ve been holding out for 10 days. I finally decide to give it to him and he finds it, but he’s not talking. After about a minute, Chris admits that this order should be reflected in my reports. Chris agrees with me that if there can be one sale we just found that we didn’t know about, there could be a thousand. He understands why I have been going crazy and yelling in my letters. I tell him I feel like I may not be the only author getting his royalties. And I tell him the possibility of this page could exist in the future, and here it is. This is the first time I mention Ingram to them after he tells me the book is being produced by them. But he takes his time telling me the order number is the same that their team already found. I am told the sale was made through extended distribution and I won’t see the report until the last day of November. At first they don’t have the order, then, after they get the order number, they have it. But if I never told Chris the number I would have hung up more frustrated than I was when I called. Plus, he says the order should be reflected, as like in he can tell Amazon took the order. He lets out that Amazon never had extended distribution, but only took it on when Create Space moved over because they were the ones with ED. He tells me ED needs to be ended, but the next guy I talk to says it was ended when I unpublished.

Had to wait 25:40 before someone pickup the call. So, we’re talking almost an hour on hold. He jerked me off making me identify myself for three minutes. I am very frustrated and confused as to why Amazon didn’t take the sale if the invoice says it did. After four minutes on hold, he comes back with a guy named Lou or Lew or Lu...you know what I mean. When he gets on he says his name is Daniel. (My mistake, I believe.) He sounds like the guy I was speaking with on Friday, but he says he’s not. I ask him about Amazon’s involvement. This is where I bring up the fact that they are messing with me. If the the sale is extended distribution, then the royalty should be a couple of bucks. Toward the end of the conversation I learn about “virtual stores”. It’s funny, I mention to them something and they extend their customer service hours.

She then tells me that while she was talking to me she was able to get a hold of customer relations and they would be calling me in a few minutes...about time.

Very important - uncut. Kate calls me. When the phone rang it said, “scam likely”, but I answered it anyway thinking it might be these scammers. I ask why the book is being sold on their site even though the book has been unpublished, and there are a number of people selling it. How that is happening after I checked on sales and all sales had ended when I unpublished, but showed up for sale on the Amazon site days later? Hmm? I ask why the paperback doesn’t show up on my bookshelf and she cannot give me the answer. She reassures me that Create Space had nothing to do with this. She says the book is not in extended distribution and as they told me a few days ago, they didn’t do expanded distribution until Create Space, and it was subbed out to Ingram. I want to know who gave it to them. She promises me that any orders placed now will not be filled. I tell here I will test that out.

I realize now there is no call center. All these calls are going through people living and working in the United States. They are just immigrants.

I end up telling him when I made the switch from Create Space over to KDP. I tell him of my experiences with Create Space. We are disconnected. Strange as well, because he came up in an e-mail thread sent on November 1st.

I say the word “sue”, and Morgan is more then happy to end the conversation. She says that by checking to see who made the book, it can be found on the last page where it was made and by whom. She said that the sale will appear on my report 30 days after it ships. WHAT! I let here know I already know that answer. She tries to confuse me. After after two minutes on hold, she returns for a talk. This is where I hear that Create Space and Ingram have some kind of “arraignment”. The royalty we discussed is actually for an ebook. I hear her hit the keyboard when I mention Rudy G.. She’ll have Suzanne get back to me as she is in a meeting.

I become very angry, and Morgen keeps her composure as I yell and vent my frustrations because I know they are recording me. She told me she hopes she can call me on November 30 when my repots post, but neither of those things happened. She never got to tell me those four words, “I told you so.”

I fill out and send in a request to Ingram to have the rights to my book returned to me, which I own the ISBN and the copyrights to, but which they tell me is owned by Creative Space and that would be Amazon KDP today. They tell me it will take a month, but once I get the book on my account, I will be able to see a past sales. We’ll see. Still waiting on that.

I finally hear from someone. It’s Martin Costa. He send me a very generic e-mail stating who he is and how he would like to help me.
My name is Martin Costa, with KDP Executive Customer Relations. I called today around 3 p.m. PST to speak with you about your royalties and left a voice message. I’d like to speak with you to ensure your concerns are resolved. At your earliest convenience, please let me know a good time to speak and the best phone number to call you at. I’m available to speak tomorrow between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST.
I sent him a response back addressed to Jeff Bezos. It is a little harsh, so I have deleted it from view, however I did include the following lines in it:
“I should have never sent you a copy of the book or that letter to the Post in D.C. back on September 20th (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSRD44XTKjY). Oh, well. Right now Jeff, I am too livid to speak with you without screaming, and that's not becoming for any man.”
I than gave my terms, which were a little unconventional. After writing some more I ended the email with the following lines:
“...or you better call the FBI to stop me. And don't forget to remind them, if they should find me, that I am expecting them. I'm done playing nice.

Ps. The thought that this has been kept from me, by the Mueller investigation, has crossed my mind. If that is what is happening you better let me know wtf is going on.
I said that in the ps because I thought that maybe KDP is doing this to me under the special council’s direction. Whether that is true is still to be seen.

Twenty-four hours after I sent the above letter, Mr. Costa replied with this:
Hello Mr. Levite-
I received your latest response. To recount the actions we have taken -
You have sold 3 units of your book through Amazon, 2 of which were outsourced to be printed through our partner Ingram. Those copies are reported 30 days after the end of the calendar month the copies were manufactured. For the copy of your book sold on September 8, this was manufactured by Amazon and duly reported on the same date. For the other 2 outsourced for printing, we shipped one on October 13, another one on November 2. We have issued a payment of 13.20 USD for these two copies on December 5.
Also, I can confirm that your book has been removed from Expanded Distribution since you unpublished it. If you would like to move your book over to Ingram, please let us know, we can get the process started for you.
Finally, as you suggested on 11/16, we have closed your account.

That guy is an idiot. 11/16? I don’t think so. I don’t remember, nor can I find, any conversation between us suggesting he close down my account. If it were under Expanded Distribution then the royalty payment would be a lot less. Was it out sourced or not? So, he’s not fooling me. I also sent him this as well telling him I would go to them to “figure this out”:

I was fired up when I awoke on this morning. I had take a screen shot of my reports where is it obvious that there are no royalties listed by anyone since September. In anger, I sent Martin Costa a “colorful” email showing him my disgust and requesting to correspond with his supervisor. But no supervisor ever contacted me. I know what has been going on. These guys are ripping off “unknown” authors and lining their pockets with the money. They start with these self-publishing companies like Erica Hughes’. I believe she is in on this conspiracy as well. They have quite a game going on. Less than one hours after I sent the December 3rd email, computers at Amazon began logging into my blog after I sent that link above to the youtube video, describing me sending the book all over (including to you), which had links to my blog, which they clicked on to. I then had eight or so ip address plus a local one not using the Amazon server and one from LA and Oregon that is also part of this conspiracy.
I took time to do some research. I began to run down the ip address. During my dox of the ip address, I came across a lawsuit filed on October 17. This was the case of eBay vs. Amazon. You just have to read this:
Two of those ip addresses are of the three listed on the complaint above. It is quite obvious that Martin Costa is the guilty person in the case above and in mine. I wouldn’t want to be standing next to that man today, karma being all that it is and such.
I know exactly what is going on. When I published my book, on September 8th, I didn’t tell anyone I did (except for my mom), or if I did I asked them to keep it mum. This guy, and his people knew about it when it was published. They saw it didn’t sell but one in the first hour and then nothing. Hmm. So these people have this scam where they watch new book authors. If they see they are not selling, they somehow steal their royalties and they end up in some other account rather than yours. They saw me with no sales after a week and decided to do that to me. Two weeks after I published I really let go and I believe that is when the sales started. In October I found out about the missing sale and after refusing to take the blue pill, see the truth of their scam. It is too bad they never did the dox on me before they decided to rip me off...then they would have seen that I AM the real deal.
Around this time, I lost my stats for my google Analytics live tracking. I can use this to see those using a proxy server, which doesn’t show up on my statical reports above. After this ip address below logged on to my blog, I never saw another live view of my blog again. Even when I go on it. And this particular ip address is in, guess, India. Go figure. You think they might have been doing a favor for their friends in America? I’d say so.
I had been very tired from the last few days work. On Saturday, when I discovered the lawsuit between eBay and Amazon, I began writing them. I was so tired that that evening I placed the wrong email addresses in the letter and rather then my letter (which named Martin Costa in it) ending up in the offices of the plaintiff, it ended up in the offices of the defendant. Quickly afterwards, they all started logging on to the blog.I had forgot to remove a link on one of the pages, and they saw an earlier version of this page. That was when they called their friend from Google in India.
One more note: remember, Martin Costa issued a royalty check before it was due and with no sales on my repots. Hmm... A man who can do that is obviously Mr. KDP himself. And he is getting a lot of help from someone in Oregon, at Amazon’s Web Services (PDX50). This is a strange ip too, because when I clicked on the “activity notification” it brings me to one of the other ip’s from Seattle. That could be an important fact in this conspiracy. If a notification comes in for say number 7, and I click on it, it will bring me to all the activity number 7 has been up to, however, when you click on the notification from the PDX50, it brings you to any of the nine numbers listed below. He may also be getting help from ip address 12.201.241.170, which I tracked down in La Crescenta, California; in LA county.
So, I was gathering more evidence tonight, when I came across something interesting. I want to show you how I know Martin Costa is associated with the screen names: bryabee3, savvyseller19894, stacsisso0, cous141, and kenmil-7. Those were the names listed on lawsuit above associated with the ip addresses 54.240.196.171 and 54.240.196.185. Now, check this out. Within the last hour, I just sent the following email to Matin Costa. The time was 12:41 AM:
Four minutes later, he logged on to the page provided in the link above. Number 7 was first. That must be Martin. Where else could the email have gone? It was addressed to him. In 22 minutes it gets back around to Martin. Hmm. I guess I’ll have to contact the FBI. Fine.
I am just livid right now. I’m starting to put it all together. I guess it’s just how Martin responds to me tomorrow. I can tell you one thing, it better be good. Dat I can tell you, dat I can tell you.
So, it’s like 3:20 am. I check the stats and see Martin Costa and his friends downloading everything they can. I write Martin another letter informing him that I see them downloading, tell him, “good” and ask him what he’s going to do about it. That’s all. I don’t sleep. I can wait all night and all day. Heck, I did 24 hours straight over the weekend to build this page - with breaks for food and smokes, just a few. And a mind rest here and there. But I’m figuring it out. That’s right. That’s bryabee3, savvyseller19894 and stacsisso0 showing up now while everyone is on this page downloading everything. And check out how this employee moves around. These foreigners, from India, come here and all they are doing is working together to rip us off. This scam has the help from Amazon’s Web Services (PDX50) in Boardman, Oregon. And even though the other ip address in the lawsuit that has also logged on to my blog doesn’t show up here, it did earlier as you can tell from the next screen shot. Below you will see the other of the three ip addresses listed in the lawsuit, 54.240.196.185, who used the screen names cous141 and kenmil-7.
I would also like to point out in the shot above, that the one odd man out in the middle there is from a Google server that says United States, but it is really located in India. Go figure? And if you click on the next links you will see that both ip addresses, Amzona4 and Amazon5, line up to the same computers located in the same location. So, I know where they work. In fact, if you find the latitude and longitude of the location, you will see whose office buildings are there, just a six minute walk from each other.
In fact, of the nine ip addresses accessing my blog from the Amazon server in Seattle, they are:

To continue: These folks have been all over this page downloading and viewing; waiting for the index to change. Lol. At first I thought it was Trumptards, but if it were, they would have googled my name before deciding to steal from me. Or they could have been your typical Trumptard that is just too stupid to do the leg work. But I realize now that this is something that this Martin Costa does to a lot of people. I know they know the truth that they are in trouble and they might being trying to cover it up.
To quickly recap:
1) I go to one Erica Hughs. She owns www.newbookauthors.com. She is going to start me on Create Space, a division of Amazon. I don’t know why Amazon would have two companies that did the same thing. I figure out she is trying to rip me off and I lock her out of my account and take it over. It seemed that anyone can join Create Space and publish on Amazon. She was sabotaging my manuscript, so I fired her and received a full refund within an hour. Here is the receipt I got when I paid her. Fishy. I ended up turning her in to the IRS(see here), but she may have passed. She is still in business. She is all over Amazon. I still think she is in on all this.
2) In August, I started my own publishing company, Epiphany Publishing, and hours after firing Miss Hughes upload my first manuscript. It was very simple. I would have paid her for an hours worth of work if she had done the work. All she wanted to do was make a cover with the Create Space template, but I kept telling her I did the cover myself. She wasn’t needed for the cover. So, her work would have taken her about an hour to do. For $475. I paid her to do a proof, but the last manuscript she emailed back to me saying was ready for print, was missing words. That’s why I fired her. I don’t think she even runs that company as many of my email exchanges would show.
3) On September 8, 2018, I publish my work and inform my mother, who buys a copy and that sale is recorded within 90 minutes.
4) On or about October 6, I am contacted by a friend who tells me he bought a book on October 5th. But there is no record of the sale on my Amazon report. On October 8th, he sends me pictures of the book and the order receipt.
5) On October 9th, I have my first conversation about this happening and told there where no sales and not to worry about it. But if I can give him an order number, that’s different.
6) On October 16, after getting nowhere with customer service, I unpublished my book. I check the Internet and it is all gone.
7) On October 19th, I provide Amazon with the order number from October 5th, and told that order was taken by them and that it should be reflected on my reports. After receiving the order number, and looking it up, the rep is dumbfounded for a minute before getting back to me. Hmm.
8) October 26, I am getting frustrated on the phone with customer service about why my book is appearing for sale on Amazon if it was unpublished 10 days ago. I am promised the book is unpublished and the orders will not be filled. I ask if I can test that out, told “yes”, and I do. The book’s order is taken by Amazon, it is produced by Ingram in California and delivered. They still can’t find that sale. I won’t provide the order number. But they’re going to take my word for it and pay me anyway without any sales report for such an order.
9) December 3, Martin Costa issues me a payment for royalties not listed anywhere on my reports. This proves to me he is Mr. KDP.
10) I sent a letter to who I thought were lawyers for eBay, but then quickly discovered after sending that I sent it to Amazon’s lawyers and not ebay’s. Buy that time thouigh, the lawyers got the email and they jumped back on the site and found the page. My mistake. And no one is responding to me or either calling the FBI I’ll bet as well. On December 8, 2018, I sent the following email to the lawyers of record in the case of eBay v. Amazon 18cv336315.

My name is Lou Levite, and I own Epiphany Publishing. I recently found a plot within Amazon to steal my royalties. Even though they have been telling me I had no sales and to drop it, I had order numbers and wasn't buying the story. They finally issued me a royalty check this week for the orders I told them about, but that payment wouldn't be due until the end of the month and there are no sales reported in my account to tell me where they are coming from or that they even owe it to me. Hours before sending me the check (direct deposit), I sent a letter to a Mr. Martin Costa, who is the one whom issued the payment. Is he involved in your case? Because when I sent him that email, he clicked on a link and I was able to get his ip address. It was from Amazon in Seattle. When I did a search of the address I came across this lawsuit, in particular what is written down at the end of page 7 and all of page 8 of your complaint filed October 17, 2018. The ip addresses mentioned in your complaint are the same ip addresses Amazon has been using to access the link given to them. The scammers scamming you are the same scammers scamming me. I believe I can be of great help to your case, as you could be for mine (if you took this). I'm not suing these people. I don't have the money to pay your for 10 minutes let alone an hour or what the total price this would cost me. They are guilty and they know it. You might want to hit me back, cause if you don't, I'll take care of them personally. There are no laws that will stop me. I know they are guilty, I don't need a jury to tell me I'm right and the ip addresses prove it. I have been collecting all emails and have recorded all the conversations as evidence since I discovered this on or about October 8th.

Martin Costa is definitely a front where the buck stops for a much larger scheme run by those at Amazon KDP. I’d even check out the third party sellers. I think these people are the third party sellers. You know me. You know I don’t care. I will trade my freedom for an investigation into these crooks. Or you could just hit me back and tell me you are investigating and I’ll go back to do what I feel I must do. Which is to buy a boat and get the Hell out of this country. I’m sure you guys have eyes on me and you know exactly where I am. You don’t need to send the guns here. Just hit me back and tell me I’ve been indicted and I will gladly turn myself in and tell this story to a judge, jury or grand jury. Don’t ambush me. But you got to let Martin Costa, those in the margin to the right, and those at all the Amazon campuses know I’m gunning for them if you guys decide to give me the heave-ho and not investigate. Almost an hour ago I uploaded this page (one down under the Amazon login) then changed the url name. I gave the link to only one person. Guess what? Well, not 10 minutes after I sent a letter to the FBI directing them to this page,
someone within the Amazon Web Services (PDX50) in Boardman, Oregon, clicked on this page. Hmm. And the funny thing about it is, is that this ip address is in the middle of the Columbia River. And even funnier, the FBI were the only people to get the link so far. So, fuck off Amazon since you can see this page.

It is now December 19, 2018, and it has been three days since I contacted the FBI, however, they have not contacted me back. I wonder how that hacker from Boardman got the url to this page when it was under a different URL name. Are they intercepting my mail? How did they know? 15 minutes after uploading and 10 minutes after I sent a letter to the FBI informing them that the page was there, especially when it had no links to it. Hmm.
Also, yesterday I changed around the home page here. I added photos to the top of the page, then waited for a certain ip address to logon. Ip number 4, one of the two ip addresses on the eBay lawsuit, logged on first and saw it. I figured the ring leader would see it next and see it last. I had a suspect, and it was just whom I expected. The ip address belonging to Los Angeles. The home in La Crescenta, California. After he logged on yesterday, at 4:41 EST, all of Amazon’s ip addresses have ceased. This morning, that ip address tried to find a cashed copy of the page, but it was taken down the moment he saw it. It’s now noon. I’ll give it a day to see what is really up.

Twenty-four hours later and still the same. I now realize I must resend my letter that I sent four days ago requesting help from the office of the Special Council, to the FBI for consideration. This person in LA (whom just in fact logged on again) is definitely the ring leader of all this fraud. He is the one who told the others to stop logging on to this site. I don’t know who he is, but I know where he lives. I am getting frustrated that you are not listening to me. I know that to say what I just did is a violation of the United States Code, Title 18, section 876(D), but I want you to either arrest me for it, or solve this case. And I really don’t care if you do both. If you arrest me, you are still going to have to investigate my claims. So, why don’t you just investigate them and make some arrests, and I will calm down. It should only take you guys a couple of days at the most to find my money. Actually, you can call Ingram and they will tell you what they wont tell me; who gets the royalties. So what happened on the 20th? First, after I uploaded the unlisted video, I uploaded this page and sent a link to the FBI. Within four minutes the video had one click on it. The only one that could have done that was the FBI. So, I know they have received my letters and have been watching me. They just use a VPN that hides them from my reports. Then I sent a link to the six lairs...I mean lawyers, in the eBay v. Amazon lawsuit. Within ten minutes I had another 6 clicks for a total of 7. Hmm. There were a couple of personal ips I sent the same letter to in the BCC, but I already knew there ips and those ips hadn’t shown up on my stat report and they would have. So.... It seems that everyone I have been sending this link to has been watching, but no one, including the FBI ever wrote me back. Why do you think that is?
All the Amazon ips from Seattle, have ceased logging on to the blog. Only two, since the letter was sent to the Amazon lawyers, have logged back on. The one in LA county and the other from the Amazon Web Services (PDX50) in Oregon. Hmm.
Last night I received a letter from Amazon stating that Create Space was paying me for royalties I never earned. They even said to see where the sales are coming from to click on this link here: www.createspace.com/support. However, that link is full of shit. It was just a phishing expedition which I believed worked. I have never seen any sales reports from that link. All my reports from the beginning had been displayed on a Amazon’s KDP page. Not only that, but all other letters about any royalties due or paid came to a different email address than this letter had. There was one other time, however, that they did send an email to that address and it was for the one an only payment Create Space owed me for. The invoice was dated September 8, 2018. This one, however, was dated November 28th. Hmm.
About an hour ago I sent a letter to Martin Costa stating the following:
Hi Martin,
How ya doin'? I'm writing you today because yesterday I received an email from you guys, however, I have never received any emails from you to the address it was addressed to. Not only that, but this email is stating that "create space" issued me a royalty payment for $6.76. And didn't you tell me I was already paid off and you closed down my account? Now, I don't know what kind of fucking game you are playing with me, all I know is what it says, which is that I can view where those royalties came from by clicking on my Create Space reports. However, that has never been an option for me in the past. All my reports from the beginning were listed on Amazon. Even the very first one on September 8th. Create Space is done with me. Of course, I have known that from the start. So, what the Hell are these people paying me for that I cannot see on any report? I even clicked on that link, but that link must have been a fishing expedition that worked. Have you been to your page lately? Don't worry, this email and that letter will be posted on your page today. BTW, has the FBI talked to you yet?
Please answer this email since I can no longer get in touch with your customer service or any Create Space report.

So, it is quite obvious that something is happening to me behind my back. Why is the FBI not responding to my letters? Why are all six lawyers blowing me off? How much time do I have left on this planet before these seven conspire to have me killed? I do believe the FBI would do that for their God, Donald Trump. I also believe that there are a few agents that agree with my philosophy and have trust in my plan to expose this crook, but I have no idea if they are just watching me to protect me or not. And now that there is a government shutdown happening they may not be allowed to pursue this case until they reopen. Who the fuck knows. God and science help us all. Peace.

Back on the 26th, I was going to let everyone know about some crap sent and the logons I got afterwards, but I was just too tired and getting board with this case as I already have most of it figured out. On January first, I turned on my phone which had been off for almost two weeks. There was a message from a Special Agent in Seattle left for me on December 27th. Well it was about time. A day or two later after getting it, I called the number left by the Special Agent, but it was a switch board and the woman who answered the call couldn’t located who I was saying called me. I believe I had the name wrong. Regardless, I was told what we thought we had identified as the special agent is not in that office. It must have been a phishing expedition to track my phone, and it might have worked. They might not have known before then where I was. Hmm. Well, I’m not buying that, as I just assume they (the FBI) are always close by. On the right is a video that just went public not too long ago.

Yesterday, not long after I uploaded the above, an ip address that I had identified as Martin Costa’s personal phone, although I cannot be sure I am correct, logged on to the USA Takeover blog. Strange thing about that is the ip address and the page requested. First the ip address of this computer that logged on is 97.113.254.39. As mentioned, I believe this to be the cell phone of Martin Costa. And the second thing that was very strange about his log in was the page they requested. The name of the page was a personal name meant for the person whose name it was. The page was uploaded as a stand alone page. The only way you could find it was to click directly on the link I sent to you. Problem with that is, I only sent it to one person and one person only and this was the first time anyone had clicked on that link. So you would think that the person with the link finally clicked on it. But it wasn’t! It came from a computer that was tagged over a month ago from Seattle. The person that the link was sent to was just sent it within the week and has no idea as to what is going on with me and Amazon here, so... Below is the record of yesterday’s login.

A few hours ago there was something special left behind on this blog; a login to it by the first ip address from an Amazon computer to login to the blog minutes after I sent the link to Martin Costa, five weeks ago. So, it is quite obvious that the computer in the above mentioned update is the same computer. Beside the person from LA county in California coming on every morning for this page here http://www.usatakeover.com/html/ebay_v_amazon_18cv336315.html to never find it, the last two logins, along with the others from the Amazon server, haven’t been seen loging on since just before Christmas. Now, since the cat is out of the bag, I will make this page public. I might as well. The only reason why it hasn’t been here where it should be was because I didn’t want the Trumptards in Seattle to see it while the FBI did their investigation. But since the FBI seems to be done with this investigation by the way these logins keep happening, I guess we can finally park this page where it should be. I really wonder if the FBI is taking this case seriously or just “pretending” to help us out. Their end game could very well be to permanently silence me. I truly believe that someone inside the FBI may be feeding Jeff Bezos and Amazon (and the president) information about what I’m doing. For all I know, all these people want me dead. Below is today’s update’s proof. And one more thing about this login. the page requested is another page sent to one person and one person only...a liar...I mean a lawyer. I did find out how he found this particular page. It wasn’t like he did the day before from his private phone. And BTW, the only person to contact me about any of this is a special agent from the FBI, so, food for thought. And to the FBI I say this, if you are serious about what is going on here then call Ingram and find out who has been getting my royalties. If you don’t, I will assume you have no intention of investigating this complaint and your only intention is to silence me. Have you guys even read Without a Gun? Have you Special Agent G?

I have to update the last update. There was something I forgot about when I made that last post. If you notice on the picture above, it says that the page was accessed at 5:20 AM. And if you remember Amazon number 1 was the first ip to log on after I sent Martin Costa the link. And about 24 hours before this Amazon ip address logs on, I sent Mr. Costa a letter asking him where my sales were. Just thought I’d let you all know. FBI still hasn’t contacted me about how the investigation is going...they better.
